Terms of Use

Last Updated: July 30, 2026

By using Trust POS ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Where a Store's owner or administrator accepts these Terms, they do so on behalf of the Store and everyone to whom they grant access.

2. Accounts and Access

  • Each person accessing the Service must use their own account. Credentials may not be shared.
  • Store owners and administrators are responsible for the accounts they create, the roles they assign, and the actions taken under them.
  • You must notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

3. Subscriptions and Usage Limits

  • The Service is offered in tiers, each with a monthly allowance of API calls per organisation.
  • When a Store reaches its allowance, write operations are declined for the remainder of the calendar month while read operations continue, so existing records stay available.
  • Allowances reset at the start of each calendar month. Tiers and allowances may change with notice.

4. Your Data

  • A Store's records remain the property of that Store. We claim no ownership over them.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the records you enter, including any personal data of your customers and employees.
  • You may export your records at any time. We recommend keeping independent backups of exports you rely on.

5. Acceptable Use

  • You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, nor to store data you have no right to hold.
  • You may not attempt to access another Store's data, probe or circumvent the Service's tenancy or authentication controls, or interfere with its availability.
  • You may not reverse engineer the Service except to the extent that restriction is unenforceable by law.

6. Accounting and Professional Advice

The Service produces reports from the records you enter. It is a bookkeeping tool, not accounting, tax, or legal advice, and it does not certify compliance with any jurisdiction's tax or reporting rules. Verify your figures and obligations with a qualified professional.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trustworth Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, for breach of these Terms, or where required by law. You may terminate at any time; export your records before you do.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States.
